Abstract :
Aiming at prevent the errors of airline transport pilots, make sure the Safety Management System (SMS) advocated by ICAO, a theoretical framework is proposed base on the basis analysis of theories of human factors and human error prevention. Firstly, analysis the basic elements of flight errors by means of the data mining theory and the construct new rules of decision making, then provide knowledge validation services to certified senior pilots, with this method, the risk and mitigation of airline can be assessment.
