Abstract :
The liquid level control system of MSR (moisture separator reheater) drain tank is the key part of nuclear conventional island instrument and control equipment for normal operation of a nuclear power plant plays a very important role in regulating. This design was design and implementation of liquid level control system based on the distributed control system (DCS). Designed had changed the MSR drain tank in nuclear power plant control methods in the past, selection of mature, reliable and advanced DCS control system to meet their requirements for liquid level control. Normal drain water regulating valve, emergency drain valves achieve independent control and operating functions (manual/auto). Increase the soothing water pressure, temperature, and adjust the valve feedback signal. Provide equipment complete process parameters and self diagnosis function. Improved control system availability, reduced defect rates of control equipment, control equipment transformed to achieve "zero defect", meet the needs of long-term safe operation of the power station.
