Abstract :
In order to enhance the conversion precision from axis-angle to digit data, a kind of conversion system with coarse set, fine set and dual-rate processor is presented. By taking the gear ratio of synchro assembly or multi-polar resolver with 1:36 as the research object, the principles of coarse-fine codes combination and error correction are proposed. Then the hardware of dual-rate processor with LPC2114, 74HC595, and control interfaces is designed, and the software, running in the LPC2114, is developed with C language. The error correction test and conversion precision test show that the error correction method is feasible, and the conversion precision can meet the precision requirement.
