Abstract :
The complex environment maritime police ship at sea duty law enforcement faced manipulation skills of the crew put forward higher requirements. Evaluation of manual evaluation method is one of law enforcement vessels manipulation skills commonly used methods, the results have certain subjectivity and arbitrariness. This paper attempts to establish a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model evaluation index. The use of computer-aided technology preparation software, through a narrow channel simulation case study Captain comprehensive evaluation skills to manipulate the situation. Compared with the artificial evaluation, the error is small, the results more objective.
