            Abstract : 
The reliability of multicast communication has a strong challenging area of research and very popular in current computer networks. In this paper, based on the high reliability transmission, we proposed a minimum cost with delay-constrained multicast routing algorithm named MART, and described a network topology model with multiple QoS-constrained. The algorithm tries to minimize the cost of multicast tree under the multiple QoS-constrained. Simulation results show that the algorithm is valid and reasonable.
