Abstract
We report on the synthesis of pure single-phase Cu2ZnSnS4 thin films by ultrasonic spray pyrolysis. The crystallite size and strain of the synthesized films were calculated using Williamson-Hall analysis. The texture coefficient was evaluated as a function of the different crystal planes. Selective study of copper sulfide phases in the film has been carried out. Annealing temperatures and duration were found to affect the resistivity of the films. The Sn concentration in the film was found to influence its electrical properties such as carrier density and resistivity.
