Abstract :
We develop ultra-broadband terahertz receivers with a tapered slot antenna made on thin polymeric substrates and demonstrate error-free wireless transmissions at a bit rate of 10 Gbit/s for both 120- and 300-GHz bands to verify the broadband characteristics of the receivers on low-dielectic constant substrates.
