Abstract :
In this paper, we analyze the character of memristor. A four-dimensional autonomous hyper chaotic circuit based on memristor is given. By using differential inclusion, linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) and Lyapunov stability theory, a sufficient condition for the global asymptotically stability of nonlinear memristor-based hyper chaotic circuit is obtained. Finally, a numerical example is given to illustrate the derived theoretical results.
