Abstract :
As a necessary part of the intelligent traffic system, real-time traffic information service system plays an important role in lager special events. The paper analyses the traffic characteristics of large special events and functions of the information service system, and gives its workflow, hardware and software structure. The system synthetically considers the priority of vehicles and traffic state of every intersection for assuring dynamic optimality of traffic timing.
