  • Abstract
    The general structure of binary BiCMOS circuits based on NPN-NPN drive circuit were proposed. The two circuits were based on the general designing concept of BiCMOS circuit and the theory of transmission voltage-switches. Then binary BiCMOS master-slave JK flip-flop circuit and transmission gate D flip-flop circuit were designed based on the drive circuits. The designed circuits were simulated by HSPICE; the designed circuits which confirmed by the accurate results of simulation are correct. It was proved that the designed circuits have high performance and can be applied in BiCMOS sequential circuit.
