A quantization feedback algorithm based on error comparison in multi-basestation cooperation system

In this study, a quantization feedback algorithm based on error comparison is proposed aiming at the characteristics of base station cooperation system. The algorithm quantizes the channel vector by several steps. During the quantization, the error is compared before the quantization in each step, which reduces the accumulation of quantization error. Meanwhile, the complexity of computation is decreased greatly. It has been shown in complexity analysis and system simulation that compared with the existing global feedback schemes and individual feedback schemes, the proposed scheme achieves a good balance between complexity and system performance.
