Abstract :
At the moment, the difference between the mainstream of flow office document formats has become significantly large, which brings a huge difficulty to the interoperation between different formats. Meanwhile, the secondary development of office document relays on the specific platforms and programming languages, which makes the development inconvenient. In order to solve these problems, this essay proposes a query language: ODQ, which is used for flow office document. By the flatten designing of document model, syntax and query result, the use of ODQ has become format-independent, version-independent, language-independent, platform-independent, the interoperability has been enhanced, and the number of queries needed in a search has also been reduced, for the users´ convenience.
