Abstract :
With the concept of Smart Grid (SG) proposing, safe operations and supply rates are heating-points of SG research. The emphasis construction of SG is the construction of Smart Distribution Grid (SDG). The core functions of SDG contain how to improve the supply reliability of Distribution Grid (DG), how to plan and design the structure of SG reasonably and how to locate, isolate and restore faults quickly and accurately. This paper analyses the structure of SDG, and proposes a fast positioning algorithm of small current grounding fault in SDG and proposes a good method of how to recover the non-fault lines rapidly.
