Abstract :
To test attitude/heading system (AHS) of aircraft as quickly and reliably as possible, the intelligent attitude/heading test system was designed after key technologies were conquered. Innovative design in the system is shaft-angle conversion card which can measure weak magnetic heading accurately. Meanwhile, heading and attitude testing precision is improved from 10 in original testing equipment to 0.10 present. Maintenance efficiency is increased by more than 10 times. Biorthogonal wavelet transformation technique is used for de-noising of the TQZ-1B gyroscope drifting signal. After wavelet processing, the testing precision of TQZ-1B gyroscope is increased by 5 times.
