Abstract :
Aiming at the defects and the insufficiency of the existing video monitoring system, this paper puts forward that in a kind of special environmental conditions, designs and implements the visual inspection system. The design by using video cameras for video image real-time acquisition, in detecting the illegal invasion object, combines background subtraction method and frame difference realizes fast graphics recognition of moving objects, finally warning and saving the images of illegal invasion object, sending the images by using the mail to monitor, and other functions. The experiment simulation results show that the design collects image smooth clear, detects moving object quickly and accurately, informs the monitor promptly. And it can be applicable to unmanned monitoring environment.
