Abstract :
Effective and accurate vendor selection decisions are considered significant components that may influence the performance of information technology (IT) outsourcing engagements. For tackling these group multiple criteria decision making (GMCDM) problems, this paper is to propose a novel performance evaluation method based on intuitionistic fuzzy Einstein geometric aggregation operators under intuitionistic trapezoidal fuzzy sets environment, such as the intuitionistic trapezoidal fuzzy Einstein weighted geometric (ITFEWG) operator, the intuitionistic trapezoidal fuzzy Einstein ordered weighted geometric (ITFEOWG) operator and the intuitionistic trapezoidal fuzzy Einstein hybrid geometric (ITFEHG) operator. To demonstrate the applicability and effectiveness of the method, a numerical example is displayed.
