Abstract :
In this paper, an AHP based assessment method for performing project is discussed. The theory of AHP is introduced. Project priority evaluation system is proposed. According to the system, pair wise comparison is constructed. Factor weights of projects are calculated through three ways. Then comprehensive evaluation method is introduced to evaluate the factor of projects. At last, a six projects example is discussed. The result shows project scores calculated by three ways are basically the same and meet the aim.
