Abstract :
Aiming at practical requirements of the computer courses´ examinations, of which fairness and justice must be guaranteed, a secure and high-efficient computerized adaptive testing scheme for computer courses is proposed. It mainly includes two aspects: one is that a high-efficient and optimized examination paper generation method is given through using Item Response Theory, which can estimate the initial ability of the examinee, and can also complete the self-adaptive choice; the other is that encryption, the digital signature and digital envelope are used to authenticate the identity of the examinee and the network congestion and leakage problems caused by downloading and submitting the examination papers for all examinees. Simulation and safe analysis show that this scheme can not only insure the authenticity, reliability and validity of the examinee identity, but also put an end to the phenomenon that the examinee identity cheats.
