Abstract
Cognitive radio network (CRN) is envisaged as a revolutionary technology to significantly improve spectrum utilization efficiency. To enhance the transmission performance and decrease the power cost of both primary users (PUs) and cognitive users (CUs) in CRNs, the scheme of cooperative transmission can be applied. In this paper, a cooperative transmission scheme consisting of one PU and one CU is applied in CRN, stressing the power and spectrum allocation of the PU and the CU. To characterize the tradeoff between the PU and the CU in sharing power and spectrum resource under user QoS guarantee, a non-cooperative Game model is formulated. Through solving Nash Equilibrium of the Game model, the optimal power and spectrum allocation strategy can be obtained. Simulation results demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed scheme.
