IEEE Journal of Selected Topics in Quantum Electronics subject categories for article numbering

In 2013, the IEEE Journal of Selected Topics in Quantum Electronics is incorporating article numbering to each article. The article number consists of the following seven digits: the first two digits represent the topic; the next three digits represent the order of articles within each topic; and the last two digits represent the number of pages for each individual article.
