Abstract :
Single crystal LiCaAlF6 doped with Ce or Eu synthesized by Tokuyama Corp. were examined on dosimeter properties. In optically stimulated luminescence (OSL), Ce-doped LiCaAlF6 exhibited detectable signal while that of Eu-doped one was quite weak. In thermally stimulated luminescence (TSL), they both showed strong TSL and the linearity between the irradiated dose and TSL intensity was quite linear from 1 to 1000 mGy.
