  • Abstract
    Based on streaming media technology, we proposed a construction strategy and implementation of the open courses program which can be met the needs of students´ independent study better. Through the implementation of streaming media in the open courses, and practical application of theme activities for college students, we can not only improve students´ participation, but also enhance the ability of the college students´ training and practice.
