Abstract :
This paper presents an adaptive color image watermarking algorithm based on wavelet transform domain with emphases on adaptive calculation of embedding strength factor, color watermark image embedding and Blind Source Extraction (BSE) based on wavelet horizontal/vertical contrast and HVS characteristics. Attack experiment of the algorithm is conducted on Mat lab platform, and the experimental results show that the algorithm has better invisibility and safety, as well as strong transparency and robustness in the absence of attack and good robustness in the case of general attack and other kinds of attack. This algorithm has some practical values in the field of copyright protection of the multimedia data.
