Abstract :
In this work, we have performed sensitivity analysis on a large-scale dynamic metabolic network through MATLAB program. Time profile for sensitivity indices have been calculated for each kinetic parameters, based on percentage. The sensitivity analysis has been carried out on dynamic model for Glycolysis, Pentose Phosphate, TCA cycle, Gluconeogenesis, Glycoxylate pathways and Acetate formation of E. coli. The model implicates twenty four dynamic mass balance equations for extracellular glucose and intracellular, thirty kinetic rate expressions represent concentration profiles for whole a model. Each parameter has been scald one by one into 20% for the steady state condition. The former analysis has allowed identification of eight kinetic parameters as the most effective´s ones on the complex metabolic network under study.
