Abstract :
As the scale of the power system is expanded gradually, the threat of large-scale power outages is deepened, and become more important for the study of black-start process and the development of black-start scheme. This paper develops a set of practical technical support system for black start of Guangxi Power Grid. The system includes a unit sorting, route searching, check and comprehensive evaluation module, and it presents its path results to the user in the way of a graphical interface. By developing the set of black-start technical support system to prepare black-start scheme according to the specified operation offline, not only can greatly reduces the workload for the dispatcher to develop a black-start scheme, provides the dispatchers scientific guidance and advice to develop a black-start scheme but also can shortens the accident processing time and reduces the loss of large area blackout significantly.
