  • Abstract
    The intelligent protection system of smart substation has a variety of sampling and tripping schemes, the research of reliabilities of different schemes protection is significant to choose the best scheme and improve the reliability of protection. This paper established the protection models of the 220KV smart substation line, transformer and bus-bar protection models under typical sampling and tripping schemes, The reliability block diagrams are used to calculate and analyze the reliability, Bayesian network is used to achieve the "Direct sampling and direct tripping" scheme protection sensitivity analysis, find out the weak link of the protections and optimize the design of the protection and guide the maintenance.
