Abstract :
The intelligent decision-making of Centralized Control Center of Substation (CCCOS) for accident treatment contributes to the self-healing and reliable supply of power system, for which deals with the operation and maintenance of the gird directly. In this background, a novel accident treatment and decision system based on CCCOS is proposed in this paper. At first, the differences in the accident treatment among substation, centralized control center and dispatching center are compared. The framework of the system are constructed, then the principle and method of main function model of the system, such as intelligent alarm processing, fault diagnosis model based on hybrid rule net and fault recovery decision-making are describes respectively. Finally, a practical fault scenario is served for demonstrating that effectiveness of the system.
