Abstract :
The cognitive making decision engine plays an important role in cognitive radio. In this paper, a novel cognitive making decision engine based on binary chaotic particle swarm optimization (BCPSO) is proposed to adjust the transmitter parameters appropriately. The obtained results in the orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) system are compared with those of binary particle swarm optimization (BPSO) and the superiority of the proposed engine in precision is demonstrated.
