Abstract :
When determining the position of magnetic object by magnetic anomaly, the information of magnetic field in the directions should be obtained. Therefore, it is not suitable for high precision optically pumped magnetometer in the application of magnetic anomaly inversion, which measure total intensity of geomagnetic field. The distribution of magnetic object in the space is analyzed, and depth of magnetic object buried is determined by the central profile of Za. It can be obtained the magnetic anomaly by measured geomagnetic field using the optically pumped magnetometer and calculated normal geomagnetic field using Taylor polynomial model. After that, the depth of magnetic object can be achieved by central profile of magnetic anomaly Za. The simulated results show that high Precision optically pumped magnetometer can be used in the application of determining the magnetic object position with this method.
