Abstract :
This paper presents a blind audio watermarking algorithm based on minimum energy harmonic phase deflection in DCT domain. Watermarking information is embedded by changing the symbol of minimum energy harmonic. In order to control the modification of audio amplitudes, the quality factor is introduced to prevent the audio data from destructive changes occurred in embedding watermark. Experimental results show that the method not only has good imperceptibility, but also has strong robustness for such as re-sampling, re-quantization, noise adding and low pass filtering. Especially, this algorithm is remarkably effective in resisting MP3 compression.
