  • Abstract
    The goal of the development of wireless dynamometer based on the acceleration sensor is to resolve the long-term continuous monitoring of the indicator. The developed dynamometer has the main features: (1) used a ADXL103 acceleration sensor acquisition of the polished rod acceleration (2) used load sensor collection load signal, (3) used ADUC843 as the controller acceleration on the acquisition of double integral, get displacement of suspension point, and the displacement of a cycle required to draw dynamometer and the point of load (4) extended SST39V1681 as data storage and computing space (5) through the wireless RF module WAP300C and host computer communication. The experiments show that the dynamometer realizes convenient measuring oil pumping machine indicator diagram.
