Abstract :
This paper implements a process of video image streaming restoration through network streaming media Real time Transport Protocol (RTP) and H.264 video encoding technology. It is composed of transmission mode of RTP/RTCP, the decoding process of video image by H.264 based on FFmpeg and video displaying process on PC screen based on the multimedia library SDL.
