  • Abstract
    In order to produce the motorized spindle unit with high quality and performance and further improve its level of design and produce, a comprehensive performance test system for high-speed motorized spindle is built successfully, it can analyze the load characteristics, temperature rise, vibration, noise, accuracy and rigidity of high-speed motorized spindle unit in different working conditions. Experiments of above characteristics were also completed for a full-ceramic motorized spindle, and a series of results were attained, it supplies technical support to enhance its comprehensive performance and the manufacture technical level.
