Abstract :
Bidding management system is a product of the social development, as the bidding is used in all walks of life. The way of bidding can make the purchasing process fair and transport. Therefore, the system must be designed to adapt to the needs of the community. This paper uses the MVC, J2EE, and SSH framework to research and implement the system.
