Abstract :
Arrayed wave guides coupling is the frontier of the current opt electronic technology. In this paper, the arrayed coupling between wave guides and optical fiber were studied, including the coupling efficiency and the 1dB tolerance. Finally, it can be obtained the influencing rule of the mode field mismatch loss and the misalignment loss on the coupling efficiency.
