  • Abstract
    The design of a new driver for piezoelectric linear motor using double driving feet. According to the requirements of this kind piezoelectric motor driving voltage. The power supply (AC-DC) based on IR2153 is designed. The output voltage of the power supply is 110 V. The embedded chip is used as the main processor, provide the signal for motor driving. And through the appropriate configuration, Design of a PGA circuit based on a programmable resistance circuit, and the energy amplification adopts half-bridge inverter topology. Realized the goal of both voltage and frequency are controlled. The whole power consumption of the circuit is stabile, the experimental effect is good, and it´s small, and good applicability.
