  • Abstract
    Valve´s following-up movement has been a tough problem for the tradition valve possess piezoelectric pump. So studying the valve is needed. By this way it may support some useful information to make a further exploring of whether can regulate pump´s output by changing valve´s structure and material type. In order to find the effect that applied on the single conical shell valve pump. Valve´s Stress distribution has been analyzed. And valve´s kinematics model has also been set up. On these bases the relationship between the valve´s bending deformation and the valve´s parameter such as stiffness, quality etc has been got. Finally experiments has been implemented and proving the corresponding theoretical analysis. As the valve´s parameter has been chosen reasonable the pump´s working output is going to be 56 Hz in working frequency and the flow rate can reach 190 ml/min under the voltage sat as 220V.
