Abstract :
The EPC is organization and implementation of construction projects is one ways, along with China´s reform and opening-up policy´s deepening and the Promotion of China´s accession to the WTO, driven EPC superiority will gradually be recognized, the market will gradually expand. EPC Contract Project management involves a wide range, very rich in contents. EPC model are generally applicable to large-scale industrial investment projects, mainly in the petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power engineering. Using the model construction projects have investments in large-scale, professional and technical requirements, difficult to manage and so on. In such projects, equipment and materials a high proportion of total investment, procurement process, many devices need special requirements of the project co-alone custom manufacturing, Only the design work and equipment procurement, construction simultaneously, it does not make the entire duration of the delay is very long. Adoption of EPC mode, it is fully realized in the simultaneously design and procurement of equipment and materials, Moreover design and construction to achieve the depth of the cross, which effectively shorten the construction period, but also conducive to the interaction between these three aspects of coordination and matching.
