Abstract :
This book is divided into four sections: "Fundamental Principles," "Signal Description," "Processing Techniques," and "Appendices." Each chapter includes some history for perspective on the development of the topic, and most chapters include examples of working systems and practical applications. High Frequency Over-the-Horizon Radar contains a reasonable amount of mathematics, which help the reader define basic radar equations, antenna array beamforming, ionospheric physics, surface waves, adaptive filtering, autoregressive moving average techniques, correlation matrices, Watterson models, and estimation theory.
