Abstract :
Through a data processing of a helicopter power spectrum, part of a rolling bearing fatigue load spectrum of helicopter transmission system main reducer could be obtained. Based on finite element analysis software ANSYS to establish three-dimensional model for rolling bearing. Through the stress field to get the maximum stress value, combined with the miner cumulative damage theory and S-N curve of a helicopter transmission system the main reduce for rolling bearings to establish life model , and using ROMAX software can predict life .At last, the feasibility of life model is verified.
