Abstract
In the process of mechanical agitation preparing semisolid aluminum alloy billets, nucleation law and agitation speed have the most important influence on it. We obtain different samples via changing agitation speed, and via observing the changes of their microstructures and hardness to explore the optimum parameter of agitation speed.
