A reference model of data-link application requirements for joint operations

Many Models of C4ISR System requirement focus on the process of system development, but the application of these systems is ignored. Data link, as an important part of the C⁴ISR, the efficient applications of which is essential for enhancing the combat capability of joint operations. According to the accumulated experience of applications of data-link for joint operations, we propose a reference model for describing the application requirement of data-link for joint operations, and validation methods for the model from the integrity and consistency. It is meaningful to improve the performance of data-link networks for joint operations.
