  • Abstract
    In recent years, the tow target system is paid more and more attention because its low cost and flexible operation in military application[1]. However, as a important part of the tow target system, the remote control and telemetry system (RC/TM) is lack of universality. The deficiency of the existing RC/TM may cause waste of resources and users´ inconvenience. In this paper, we propose a universal RC/TM to overcome the existing problems. The system design has been discussed in detail. The hardware and software adaption has been given when the proposed system is adapted for a new tow target model. The universal RC/TM has prove itself that it can be adapted for various of models with the minimum modification in practical application.
