Abstract :
In this paper, we establish a rough vague set model over two universes by combining the vague set with rough set over two universes. Then, several interesting properties of rough vague set over two universes are investigated in detail. Some propositions on rough vague set over two universes are proved. At last, the relationship between rough vague set over two universes and the existing rough set models are discussed.
