Welcome message

We welcome you to the 2013 Western New York Image Processing Workshop. The Western New York Image Processing Workshop (WNYIPW) is a venue to promote image processing research in the western New York region and to facilitate interaction between academic researchers, industry researchers, and students. The workshop is now in its sixteenth year. The workshop is jointly sponsored by the Rochester chapters of IEEE Signal Processing Society and the Society for Imaging Science and Technology (IS&T). Similar to the past years, the workshop consists of original as well as prior-published work. We are pleased to have presentations from a spectrum of institutions covering a wide variety of topics.
