Abstract :
A dual-band linear-circular-polarization microstrip antenna has been analysed. A method of making four slots in the square patch has been used. Linear polarization in 5.8 GHz and circular polarization in 2.5 GHz are realized when the antenna is fed at two different ports. The antenna structure is simple and easy to design. It is practical to be used as a miniature antenna model for the integration of soldier-to-soldier communication and satellite communication.
