Abstract :
Collaborative decision making has been studied widely. However, there is relatively little research as to how to reach consensus among group experts in the web 2.0 environment. This study provides a consensus reaching model for collaborative decision making in web 2.0 communities. Two mechanisms, dynamically alternatives generation and delegation, are proposed to support the consensus process.
