Abstract :
The paper studies the process group of executive organization reengineering by placing it under network environment, points out the basic strategies of executive organization reengineering on the basis of analyzing the relationship between team work and process group in traditional organizational structure, and puts forward the construction and maintenance of the process team work by laying basis on the decomposition-coordination algorithm.
