An Empirical Study of Strategic Performance Appraisal System for Shunde Household Electrical Appliance Industry

Establishing strategic performance appraisal system for Shunde household electrical appliance industry has a very important significance. The author firstly uses the Balanced Scorecard screening evaluation index, and she also uses structural equation modeling to determine the weight of each index. Eventually, we build in the evaluation model by a questionnaire survey and analyzing data of a great number of home appliance enterprises in Shunde, and finally we test the validity of the model in the evaluation.
