Abstract :
Based on the essence of Chinese Confucianism, this article extracted characteristics fitting CNPC overseas culture to further complement and improve the corporate culture in overseas operation of CNPC, thus laying the ideological and cultural foundation for CNPC overseas oil and gas business by leaps and bounds.
